Why are people so petty over property lines. My neighbor would mow about 15 feet into my yard after we bought our house even though there were pins and ribbons from the survey clearly marking the line. Id just laugh and tell my husband it's just less I have to mow. After a few years he finally stopped when he figured out it didn't bother me. it. doesn't bother me!

it all depends on where her property line is. if her fence is on her line that post is on neighbors property regardless of where that post is and who paid what she will be charged for damages. she should talk to the code enforcement office first then go legally next. damaging property usually never works out for the damager
