Those ICE agents have a court order to pick someone up. A court order is more powerful than a warrant. Those cops were interfering with a federal agent and could be arrested themselves. The ice agents understand that these cops are ignorant and decided to de-escalate by leaving. They will be back to pick up the illegal immigrant that has a court order to be deported.
