that's not homemade glue. that's from a famous "cookbook" that's pretty hard to find nowadays.
actually in times of peace I have to agree with the video. I've made up a batch of that myself and I added concrete to the mix just a handful in order to make the glue appear more like what I was using it for. I filled in the cracks in my back sidewalk with it. it works perfect and it's lasted now for 3 years and you can barely tell where it was used because it looks just like the rest of the sidewalk.
