5kg for a woman 4'10"? Sounds a little light to me.
I am 6’0”. I swim 4 miles a week and do some nominal weights and hike a couple mikes on weekends(weather permitting) and I do eat mostly healthy. I am also over 60. I am not perfect shape but not bad. I am well over the chart at 113kg vs chart saying 89. 😲😲😲🤔🤔🤔🤔
Muscle mass and bone structure are not given their due. Some people are skinny and others stocky. These type of charts were prepared by idiots. Your average long distance runner and NFL linebacker will fall outside these "norms'.
this seems like a hefty standard, 135 lbs for a 5'3" man is chunky unless he built like a Mac daddy or something, I'd say minus ten kilos on all weight for a healthy athletic build..
I'm 5'4" 135. I am happy.
