Common sense prevails. Thank you Judge. How dare the hospital ? 🌸

That administrator doesn’t have a clue about what a nurse’s job actually means. He needs to learn what each person in a hospital does for their patients. She did the right thing. My mother would have done the same thing for her patients.

how could compassion not be done by a nurse, the lady did not want to die alone,I and the judge did not see a problem with that, but more companies not only hospital, have no compassion just policies, people don't matter to them, thanks to a judge that felt the nurse was being targeted over policies, he put the hospital in check thank you your honor

Thank you, your honor, for your fair and wise judgement! 🙏 The patient needed someone to there for her. She was scared at one of the most important times in her life. 💕 She will welcome this nurse to her next life, when it's her time. Bless the nurse, for recognizing her patient's need. "Patient's First".

I can give these hospitals in Little Rock a whole ear full in a court on protocol that says something that does not exist in Little Rock Arkansas

That was a clear evil ! The nurse did what was needed and the man that fired her should lose his job and all pensions earned and any degrees taken away permanently! Give that nurse his job and his pensions ! Bar him from that hospital !

I couldn’t imagine facing disciplinary action from my employer in a situation, such as this? So long as I didn’t neglect my responsibilities to my other patients? Please find one of the good facilities for your loved ones. They do exist.

Held many hands of dying patients who had no family many abandoned due to age or outlived their family members it was an honor to be there and show compassion for anyone passing over🙏.

I’m sure this was even harder on that nurse. That nurse, I know went home and cried quite a lot of tears for that patient. I would like to ask that administrator one question… why did my actions make it a dangerous precedent ?

Im a retired CCRN. I cant count how many times I've held a dying patient's hand. If I had been fired for that not only would I have sued the hospital, but all nursing organizations would have too!

If a humAn legally could order him take away his life that would be the correct termination ! Thank You young lady that protocol is not humane and should immediately be made law that no person or living being allowed die alone for any reason unless that person made that decision in writing long before they were that Sick and weak. It’s inhumane to make a patient die alone! He’s going straight to Hell ! He should be sent immediately to death row . He made that person final Moments a living torment ! Fire that man!

It's called EMPATHY for a good reason I would have done the same thing because I am what is called an EMPATH and that is what we do for others we feel and understand their pain and emotions and I was born this way and I accept that I am SPECIAL I am really trying to honor the ancestors who have given me this opportunity and amazing talent bless her for staying we need more people like her ones that put others first

Once upon a time hospitals were run by people who actually cared about people regardless of having to make decisions as administrators. There were buffers that protected nurses from this. Now it's run by heartless corporations who do not have a clue about compassion and only focus on the bottom line. Thank God this judge has a heart. My heart goes out to this nurse who did the right thing. I'm a retired nurse who left because of these pervasive attitudes and lack of compassion. Very sad.
