Its called KT Tape-Kinesiology tape for pain relief and support. Its suppoet for common injuries and muscle soreness. Good for knee pain, back pain, carpal tunnel, quad, ankle sprain It works very well, Ive used it for my torn ligaments in my ankle and plantar fasciitis. Try not to get it wet so don't bath in it.
