One woman doing the job of two men. You want America great again, turn the job over to a woman.
As a car parts delivery driver, the dealerships weren't allowed to lift objects over a certain weight. So, when there were rims, drive shafts, hoods, etc... I had to carry those items into the parts department for them. Those guys were probably just following orders. On the other hand, they could've easily lifted the bins together.

well it says trash can have to be 35 gallon ones but not how much trash has to be , you can put up to 2 household items out a week equalling 35lbs , I'm thinking the way she sling that into the truck it wasn't much more then 35 so no reason they shouldn't of put it in.. that city needs to get stuff straight bc I never had this issue with ours thankfully!
