I would hire Someone who is persistent to apply for any employment duties REQUIRED or Not Hiring No Vacancy of employment whatsoever. Still Every Morning as I Open up Shop he be there every Day even on weekends sometimes to be Open . Another impression was No MATTER what the Weathers be, or No experience no transportation, Always seeking employment every day every where but I was always his first am stop dress to to stop on to work, I asked him what will it take for you stop coming Here there is no openings, now , He said I stop when you hire me for any wage minimum, anything that needed to done pulling weeds clean, paint, anything that I see needs to be done and why pay Someone costing you higher wages of a job they will grumble about,!? Well He worked for OUR Company of over 15years plus and Retired with 100%Invested Plus Bonuses but refused Bonus But is the BackBone of How successful Our Company Became very Best .
