I raised many bulls . This is a made for tv. Notice the man didn't turn his back to him. yes he scratched his shoulder, but that bull can turn on you in a second.

As sweet as this is - and the bull’s demeanor did change - but bovine do not wag their tails in happiness. If anything he let his guard down and started to switch his tail in response to flies
