Yeah, first off, it’s actually legal in several states for motorcycles to creep along in between traffic lanes who came up with that law I don’t know and how it got passed on to other states I do not know but what that truck did that was completely illegal just like a vehicle pulling in front of you and then slamming on the brakes, hoping you would hit them so they could sue you
