I was a valet at a hospital. People would park in the handicap spaces without handicap documentation. The hospital would have these cars towed immediately. They would come out and start screaming at me. When I told them to see the security personnel. Sometimes the police were called and the person was arrested. Some people think the rules don't apply to them.
Both or even all three need to be detained. There's 3 sides to every story. His, hers and then the truth. Until the situation is resolved they all three need to be held. Take each one individually into a room and ask the exact questions. You'll be able to determine pretty much who's being truthful and who's fuled with lies and drama.

As a disabled, Black female, this here was justified. They put their hands on this man who did not use physical aggression.
