A lot of youngsters are now discovering old R&B from the 80's,90's & and 2000s, that we (as they call us) "Old Schoolers" used to jam to back inda day. As for me, my taste is very eclectic. While my first love is Jazz, I also enjoy some 70s light rock, 80s hard rock, a little bit of country, and of course R&B and Soul music from all eras. My Spotify playlists combined, I probably have over 6,000 songs.The essential thing about music in all genres is that "If sounded good back then, it STILL sounds good today, bcuz it's just "MUSIC" & it cannot change, and serves as a blueprint for others to follow. You'd be amazed to realize just how much of our old favorites are sampled and used by new artists today...
