1996 I was hit by a speeding teenager ,he shattered my r leg at the knee 3 compound fractuers,broke all ribs right side ,collarbone ,c5,c7 neck ,tore left ear off ,r shoulder broken ,I was in a coma for over 3 months ,he wasn't tested for drugs or alcohol till 9 days later

I understand about being hit/being in an accident and being loving and happy and outgoing and after the accident/hit you change for the worse (I had a 2nd back surgery in 2021 at L5-S1 and 6 weeks after I had it and was feeling better and my sciatic nerve wasn’t bothering me and my friend and I went through a intersection and a guy ran a standing red light and hit us 2 times and messed up my surgery so I had to get my back fusion and sciatic nerve is bothering me for life now and it’s caused me to have small fiber neuropathy and depression/anxiety and C-PTSD/PTSD I don’t socialize much and don’t do much outside of my home and that’s not healthy for anyone and I had to fight for a retirement from my state job after 2 state medical doctors said no strenuous stressful job/activity for the life of this patient and now I’m fighting to get my SSDI and I’m under the age of 50
