for those that are confused its a game called senior assasin where the seniors get a target and they have to be eliminated but you cannot eliminate them if they are wearing goggles or Floaties if you catch them and they are not wearing their required items and are shot with a watergun then they’re out
All this is is a game called “Splashin” a lot of high school seniors play, everyone playing has to wear pool floaties, or goggles, and if ur caught with them not on you can get out, in this situation, the guy recording thought he got the guy sitting down out but the guy had his pool floaty around his leg, so technically he wasn’t out, hope this helps

It’s high school secret shooter game most do. A bunch of the kids in the school get an app or a gc to figure out there targets, and they have to shoot them with a water gun to get them out. But if u have a arm floaty on ur safe even if u get shot, and there is rounds to finish the game with one winner it was a blast in school I won 2 years in a row
