They do this a lot, popular high dollar corporate spots the owners make tons of money, buy or develope a nearby property on a 30--45year note plus construction costs, build to get a better return and close the crazy small lease/owner store to install another "Inspire Brands" business like Rusty toco, Baskin Robbins, Arby's or Sonic to sell another great franchise with good location, it's perfect has the zoning, shared parking, driveway, drive thru, great tax write off and a fire hydrant right out front.... $9 coffee still is mostly 2¢ hot water and 5¢ of beans that's like a 55,000% per cup mark up
