My dad would have his hand out waiting for the car keys and I wouldn't be driving for a LONGGG time.
oh my Pop always knew what to do. He took all the tires off the car nd then took parts of the engine if he heard we were driving poorly.
If I was this kid's dad and he blatantly speeds up the driveway, with the fishtails and spin-outs, the keys and distributer would be removed!

My dad was a Saturday night stock car driver when I was a kid. We learned from the best. He would have come over and said congratulations young lady. We learned in the 50's the need for speed. Four out of five of us are still alive in our 70's. I've always had the need for speed in me. Yesterday some dude in a Dodge truck tried to take me at the line. Not today. I have a 2015 Toyota that just wants to go.

I'd impound his/her vehicle somewhere and buy them a bicycle (& not an e-bike)! Tell them to save their gas $ to get their car out when the lesson is learned. I don't care how good of a driver he/she is.. accidents occur and you could possibly be killed or kill an innocent person.
