Also , you have to have proof you also have to have evidence that he is lying about his leg condition , which there would be easy evidence to get you get a court order to get the documents of his medical records there you go i don't know if this is real or not.But a little detective work will go a long way

Ending to this story is In April 2025, a Georgia man named Charles Read, who has been paralyzed and in a wheelchair for 25 years, was falsely accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home by "kicking in her door" and assaulting her, according to court records and news reports. Here are the details of the incident and legal situation: The False Accusation: In June 2024, a woman reported that Read had kicked in her door, assaulted her, and fled on foot. Police Misconduct & Arrest: Despite Read's obvious physical impossibility to commit the crime as described, College Park police officer Mark Belotte obtained a warrant and arrested him. During the arrest, the officer disregarded Read's disability, causing him to fall out of his wheelchair. Outcome: The charges were dropped in April 2025 after an investigation confirmed Read could not have been at the location or committed the acts described. Aftermath: Officer Belotte resigned in lieu of termination following the incident.
