Depends on the state but you can get a ticket or arrested for reckless driving or DWI. This private property belongs to a home owner or a business? This video doesn't answer this question. 馃

Private property or not, public safety takes priority. You can't assault your partner, fire a handgun, recklessly driving a 4000 lbs vehicle and claim "private property." If you live in an isolated area maybe, but when artract the attention of neighbors, police will arrive. Get use to it or move to Minnesota where democrats will protect you.

I would鈥檝e told that officer to get off my property before I called the police on him! He had to vacate the property immediately if he was told to leave!

Illinois solved the private property traffic tickets yes ago in the definition section under article 5, as to what traffic offenses are applicable to driving on private property. Really quite brilliant.
