I asked chat using how government calculated the $$$ amount one person spends on only groceries per month ($288)$9.60 per day! I’m trying to break this down 3 meals per day, (I’m not a vegan or vegetarian) for my health; lean beef, boneless skinless chicken breast, pork loin, salmon, (6 oz meat $95-$125) = vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini, peas, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, bell peppers, spicy variety peppers, (16 oz veg= $150)rice, bread, eggs, coffee, sugar, cream, milk, condiments… ($4 x 30 =$120) probably forgot some things too! Already over budget ($100) that’s not including tissue, shampoo, toothpaste, body soap, deodorant, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, …smh! Cheese, lots I’ve missed. But congress was allotted $90 per day per person . Meat prices range between $5-10 per pound . SMH.

well I seen this one out here maybe 4 or 5 months ago 3 months ago whatever. we come up to the conclusion you can actually make a meal for $3 package of Roman noodles if you buy them by the boxes like four bucks for 12 of them. now if you buy one hamburger patty and you divide that up completely pieces so you got hamburger with every ramen noodle you can actually make a meal for three bucks. or you could go hungry three bucks I guess it wouldn't be any worse than living in China and eating rice with every meal
