They were in such a hurry to add 10,000 more bodies to DHS, that they did not have time to even fulfill the training requirements of 6 months. Many of them maybe got 6 weeks! They were enticed by the $50,000 bonus and the $60,000 student loan forgiveness program and probably told not to worry about being prosecuted for ANYTHING that they do or did because the corrupt administration does not normally prosecute their ICE thugs. Read about all the wonderful benefits and incentives our corrupt government hands out with our taxpayer money. So no doubt there are criminals in the troops. Heck, our government is corrupt! Why would we expect anything different with ICE?!
