I have many tattoos. one whole sleeve and others. all have had the derma skin cover. never had a so called 'ink sack'... only one of my tattoos bled because dude went too deep. very little plasma on the others. that sack in this video did not look normal in my opinion.

so they only do that on certain tattoos or depending on the place of the tattoo? when I got mine, they didn't do this but it was a decade ago.

All you people saying this "sack" is normal have bad artists. I have a lot of tattoos. Never have I seen that much seepage of any kind. This is not normal. The only explanation I can think of is that the skin was oversaturated with ink and now it's seeping back out.
