that's how they dig a waterwell in some countries,very efficient if water table is not too deep,next is segmented cylindrical concrete is lowered to bottom all the way to surface level,could be done just in a matter of few hours depending how deep the water table. and why people insinuate politics in this forum is beyond stupid.
