Put some smaller tires on there.It would spin the blade faster if the rear end came out of an automatic car.It is probably turning 3.73 or thereabouts.For every turn of the wheel , the blade spins 3.73 times.
needs a guard over it and around it. smaller tires to drop it and the blade will speed up. it will work well

Is it true that when a helicopter starts, when it reaches higher take off take power speed, the blades start to move upward. AND when landing, people duck because the blades are lowering. The power & speed of the copter blades cause them blades to slow down & lower them to a start position?
Needs a longer tongue, shorter blades (too close to the tire sidewalls), swing blades like a bush hog.
