Driver had many, many, many chances to stop and get down. He did not, he continued to show aggression. This is the consequences for his actions. police officer was following his training.
eh, unarmed can be armed quickly. the biggest issue is officer didn't go about it correctly and antagonized the guy. walk calmly, anounce your reasoning and control the situation with violence being the last option.

seems like this was an accident caused by careless and aggressive driving that caused this car to collide uncontrollably into other cars as an effect from the initial crash into the first car....don't make it seem like a fleeing mad man that's gone homicidal trying to crash purposely into whoever if that's no the case

The officer chose his gun over his taser. The guy didn't have a weapon and was walking toward the officer ready to fight, not running at him ready to attack. The officer chose to kill over just neutralizing the guy.
