The rules of these races are strictly enforced. If in any way she impeded the progress of her opponent she would have been disqualified. Everyone saying she made contact with the other runner are the same people that say ICE was justified in murdering those two innocent civilians in Minnesota!! How can you SEE the video, SEE clearly the actions taking place in the video and STILL come up with a completely contradictory conclusion! Those who would try to convince us that our eyes are lying and what the video shows is NOT the whole truth!
