They pick and choose who they will pull over, and they stereotype people. Personally I have never had an issue with 5 percent tints. Used to have it on my infinity. Will get some more eventually on the car I have now. But if you’re legit with everything. Don’t worry about it. Also if you have 5%, simply crack your driver window or other windows sometimes if you think it is essential. I even had my windshield tinted too. If they keep messing with you just go get a doctor’s note, the sun hurts your eyes and the tint helps.
