I am oil and greaseaphobic - letget that out of the way...I came up during 80's, 90', 2000's when we were told fats were bad, caused weight gain...and I am aware of good fats and their benefits.. but for the life of me, I can't get over the amount of oil that's used in these recipes....too much for me...๐ค
