should concern oneself regarding weather. no bugs eating away the wood with time- strong winds-on some higher ground to prevent flooding etc. why don't builders construct tiny homes from concrete and on concrete slabs for affordable prices without them having to be in communities where you have to pay HOA fees etc. why not just where people own the lot outright where it's just in a residential area with others around them. .
