I fighting a case because I assaulted a grown man that stalked and harassed my daughter and tried to kidnap her and the cops covered it up. He stalked her at school from the time she was 15 she’s 22. He’s still stalking her. I caught him and I threw something at him at the gas station and missed so they got me for assault and I broke one of his windows out his truck so now they have me for vandalism.. I’ve had restraining orders on this man, but because he’s homeless, I can only get temporary restraining orders. Rialto Police Department did nothing to help. they protected the pedophile they wouldn’t they wouldn’t give me any information to help me get a restraining order. I had to do it all on my own thank you California Rialto Police Department you guys are wonderful at protecting our children.

Our justice system is not for the law-abiding citizen it is for the criminals. I too would do the job the justice system refuses to do.

If the justice system wasn’t so easy on rapist , pedophiles, and sex offenders , people wouldn’t feel the need to take matters into their own hands. Let the punishment fit the crime, these perverted deviants are destroying lives , some victims of sexual assault commit suicide, many abuse drugs and alcohol to self medicate to forget the trauma and abuse they were subjected to. In the mean time the perpetrators go on with their lives , some are never punished or held accountable for sexually abusing and violating children. This lady knew if she didn’t take matters into her own hands, nothing or very little would have been done to punish the perp. I’m not saying what she did is right or wrong , but I understand why she did it , and I pray God cover and protect her.

she was let of prision in 2018. she is now advocating and getting laws changed to stop pedophiles from changing their name so no one knows their history. She says its taken along time to forgive herself as one can only imagine what goes thru your thoughts. but apparently she is doing well.
I dont think she caught him in the act had she done so she would have never been found guilty. unfortunately she took the law into her own hands (I would of done the same) and she was found guilty with extenuating circumstances. hence only 7 years. I'd be happy to be her friend.

The court let pedos go free all the time. I believe the judge should be held accountable also if they go out and rape someone again. This lady was protecting someone she loved. Never should of been put in prison.
