I mean many videos of people running from the police.. where a deputy literally in the hood of the car... gun aimed at the suspect...but does not fire...hell I believe he was even tossed off the vehicle...what gives this man that right to do it...the vehicle had almost zero traction..wasn't even speeding and still fired his weapon? he had time to move ..
