Once again a great plan if it comes out of his mouth but applied would cause more harm than good to the average American struggling with debt. Tax the rich, Wall Street and the corporate sector. the first thing from the Trump Administration that I haven't agreed with. when you interfere with the free market there are consequences. in this case the consequence will be that the people who truly need credit will not have access to it. I have a good credit rating so I will benefit from a 10% interest rate but poor people will not be able to get a credit card and they need credit for more than me.
