here’s the recipe: 400g sugar 4 eggs 70g cocoa powder, sifted 60g plain flour 225g butter, melted Vanilla extract 1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. 2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar together for 10 mins with an electric mixer until it’s pale and fluffy. 3. Add in the cocoa powder, flour and vanilla and fold it in well. Add in the melted butter and mix until combined. 4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a bain marie for 1 hour.
