I feel the first officer who approached her calmly responded to the situation appropriately. The second officer that jumped out of the driver side, ran up to the car and jiggle the handle. His momentum is what changed the scene. His momentum of just using force is what escalated it up for the third officer to then feel like this was some type of threatening situation and fire those shots. There’s still no excuse.
