Why do you have to comment to get answer. A lot of petite women have prlvises too small to deliver their babies vaginally. An ultrasound should e been done to determine the size of baby. At 7 months the baby shouldn't have been that big unless your dates were off or their was a problem with the baby like hydrocephalus or some other problem
