She should be one of the first people impeached; then face justice on AT LEAST two counts of conspiracy to murder. If convicted (an outcome devoutly to be wished) she should spend the rest of her life in federal supermax prison; although, given the utter horrid nature of her crimes, perhaps the death penalty would be more appropriate (and I, personally, detest the dearth penalty but she deserves the threat of death hanging over her like the sword of Damocles).
