I use to be big not big like Ronnie for sure but in the gym since I was 13 all the way to 40 worked out religiously 5 days a week chest one day arms next back ext... was able to max out at 425 on bench my incline was 405 shoulder press free weight not on a smith machine 315 behind the neck sitting not standing lol I was only 208lbs at 5,11 now I just do cardio running walking and push ups pull ups that's it I'm glad I stopped doing the heavy weight lifting I could clearly see it would have caused problems in my future sure it's not weight like Ronnie but for my frame at the time it was heavy enough lol
this is dumb as fu
just rolled in the comments to see some..........
gee, I wonder why he cant walk now...
Ronnie Coleman hell yea
now his body is totally broken down
this dude was incredible,in human ,super hero period 😎😎
my sexy love ronnie Coleman ❤️ 😍 😘
light weight
Sadly he can’t even walk these days…his body is ALL FLOCKED UP from lifting all those heavy ass weights 🤷♂️….!!!!!
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
🤔RC now uses a walker to get around.. extremely 😔
"BEAST"!!!!👍
RC said that through all of the surgeries, pain and being crippled that he has no regret for what he did. That he loved doing it and he's proud of what he did. I say as long as a person is doing what he loves and not bothering you, Then let the man be happy. You don't have to live in his shoes. He does and like he said : If he had the chance of doing it over again and knowing this outcome. He would still do it again. That's true love for the sport of bodybuilding. Let him be.
best I've done is 445, this tho, very impressive
yeaaaa buddddaaayyyy
now he's crippled for life
Strongest roid head
All Champions lose to Father Time. Nothing wrong with getting old.
so
go to how he is "now" because he did that "then"
Damn, like a Thoroughbred Clydesdale...
Ronnie ,Mr Universe
whats the purpose of that? I suppose if you want a difficult to walk and painful old age type of life, this is a great way to get it.
the man was a mf beast but he sacrificed his body for fame and glory now he just about wheelchair bound. he was one bad dude though.

I used to do 1100 on leg pushes 40 yrs ago . Now I have severe OA of the hips , knees and ankles it's like walking in knee deep snow with thermo Boots every time I walk . 💯 wasn't worth it to me to have muscular shaply legs Then and can barely get around now .
While Mr. Coleman was clearly throwing top dog during his prime, the long-term cost of lifting such superhuman amounts of weight with his legs. The outcome hasn't been pretty at all, and the damage to his legs, hips, and lower back may be irreparable, and has put a strain on his heart as well...🤔🙏
his balls hold him down the king
Where is he now?
The bar is bending
dam is them bars go break 🤔
look at him now😲
