Let's be clear. CITGO is a US refinery that was one of the ONLY oil companies to remain in Venezuela after they nationalized the oil industry. The industry set up by multiple foreign corporations with the technical know how in oil retrieval. Venezuela DID NOT donate money to the US. The ONLY remaining oil refinery STILL operating in Venezuela, which is a US company CITGO, donated money. Get your facts straight and make them clear.
