two different laws but you should also know that officers are scared to death and in the middle of an investigation you just stay as far back as you can record if you want but keep your mouth shut and don't put yourself in the position to where the officer may feel threatened by you you want anything to change and you have to start petitions get bills and numbers change the laws violence isn't going to fix it

She appeared to be on the phone prior to giving the order. My guess is she got a phone call from someone higher than her to let him go. She should have been the one right off the bat to let him go and not try to put it in the officer’s hands that cuffed him up in the first place. She handled that wrong. Just bc she’s weak and not back up her people. Whoever she was on the phone with, she should have said no. Let the courts let him off if that’s what you want done.
