No, you’re fine. Just means that they would have to make in front of a magistrate not taking you to jail there’s a difference between taking a magistrate taking you to jail if you fail to find the figure in the house to put in front of the magistrate/judge. So that way, we can go ahead and get it down and over they put you in jail at the violation of process.
