put some heat on it just a little it should turn then
Electric oil extraction pump from the top, through the dipstick tube 馃憤馃徏 piece of cake 馃嵃
a little bit of heat and that plug will come right out
Yup. Local dealership is the only place to work on my car. Any problems they cause, they fix.
Simple solution... leave old plug as is, since it doesnt seem to be leaking, drill new hole in oil pan, drain the oil, tap the hole for a new plug, insert new plug. Won't matter if its metal or plastic this way.
the same guy say he cannot change the oil .and the customer omis the same guy
Oil scammers馃が馃が馃枙
that's why I change my own.i trust me
must be a nissan 馃槶
I've learned when I comes to cars, shit happens.
he's scamming the people saying that he can't take it off bull crap
if you didn't notice that the technician and the customer are the same dude !! HELLO 馃憢
The FORD F150 now uses plastic throwaway oil plugs that always leak. This is the downhill side of progress !
Place to avoid folks!! Look like morons to me!! Wow!
That's what an oil extractor is for...no more drain plugs
Stupid heat it up with a torch it鈥檒l come off
yes indeed once you do it your responsibility if the oil pan probably already cracked and they will blame you 馃挴 Kool 馃槑
Everytime Chrysler touches my car , comes back missing parts .
parts replacement guy.
the way his eyes look like they're bulging he's on a good one
and you'd be fired for not looking at your shop history first
Problem... Jiffy Lub & those places can't piss without Fk'g up. THEY'RE ON COMMISSION!! They talk you into everything, including buying your sock & shoe back after they stole them. 1/2, if not ALL, DON'T DO THE COMPLETE JOB, they said was going to happen. One I used, shorted me a quart, and of oil, 5 instead of 7 Qts. When I came back in a couple of days, they said I had a leak & tried to sell me more oil @ $7 ea , a new plug, an oil additive, and a fanbelt. This was in the 90's. I do my own!! In the early 2000's, cross threaded the plug (wife's car) & dripped oil across the top of the engine. NEVER. BERN. BACK !!!馃槻馃槻馃槻馃憤馃憤馃憤
"Today on THIS episode of jiffy Lube" TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE... GEN Z is the issue... My brother can't change a tire, change his oil, blah blah blah I can drop a tranney, change a clutch, drive a 16 speed... No I'm not near 50. Stop the bs teach ur kids the basics, INCLUDING how to shoot you don't have to own a weapon to know how to use it.
Never go to Walmart
it must be Plaza tire
I've personally had that happen at a dealership. Where I bought the vehicle from. They rounded the oil pan plug. Tight enough that a set of vice grips couldn't lock on. I had to find a shop with a lift and they welded a nut to the pan plug to get it out. The dealership never saw the vehicle again. I normally changed the oil myself. I didn't fit the wife's schedule. So she took it to the original dealer.
Heat is your friend.
Well this was dumb
U ever heard of a pair of vice grips taking the plug out?
Sabotage, oil changes places, got people destroyers of your car....Better check 鉁旓笍...watch out
