I pay $1300 for a 2600 sf home on 10 acres in rural Oklahoma. Keep all your insults about Oklahoma, I'll keep my $2200 a month and not put up with all that mess in NYC.

probably because your "rent" is more than DOUBLE my mortgage..... I have a 295k home and pay 1500... my actual mortgage is like 1k a month..... I feel sorry for people in states that you have to sell your literal soul to own property in 😭

that's only a one bedroom, there's no closet in the first room you called a bedroom.&unless things are different there ,in most states a closet is required to be considered a bedroom.

That apartment is depressing as hell. It looks almost like it's underground. I would go crazy there, and they want a fortune for it, compared to what it is.

20 meter readers that close to a bedroom...not a cause for concern at all.

Just a thought, but I'm guessing it's the $3500/month. That's DOUBLE the mortgage of a TRI-LEVEL HOUSE!

Maybe the fact that it's down there, you have to walk thru some sort of utility power grid area, and it's Brooklyn. That's a $500 a month place.

I'm in California and I have a reason to maybe why. Rents are crazy expensive. that is a older large apartment. but the location doesn't look friendly or remotely safe. Woman in most areas normally make more money from a job than men. so it's likely Females are looking at it and because of its location and access to the unit looks from my chair its spooky looking. most likely to be found dead in I know it's just the first feeling I get viewing for the first time. solution spruce the entrance friendly colors the walk in looks dangerous unfriendly. your going to have to invest like nice flooring good friendly colors. make it feel comfortable that you don't want to leave as soon as you walk in 🤔

This is why I could not understand why so many immigrants were going there to try to live. Why not start in a city and state that they can maybe afford?

I live in Chicago and I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo, with sliding glass doors and everything is new, and a parking spot, for $1700 a month. And I thought that was ridiculous. That's just too much.

That’s bs 3500 a month. If you can get that much. And people are dumb enough to pay that amount. Charge them 5 or 6 thousand. They will pay. you can buy a 500,000 house in the Midwest for 3500 a month.
