They are at the veterinary office. That isnt the owner but the vet staff holding the leash. Having worked with animals myself, her reaction is a mix of relief and humor. The fact they are passing is a VERY good thing. Humor is a coping mechanism. You would be shocked to know the things people who work with animals have to witness and still come back and do the job again. The fact that the dog is at a vets office and can receive the care it needs and is now safe allows for the humor to happen. No one would be laughing if this dog had a blockage. They will address any and all issues and if they feel neglect has occurred, they will call an investigator. I was an LVT and Animal Cruelty Investigator prior to getting cancer.

this is AI... they absorb water and get stuck to the intestines a child almost die and had to have surgery just to remove ONE.
