A grenade was incapable of penetrating the armor of a tank. Not enough explosive power. Also the grenade was designed to disperse shrapnel in an area to inflict injuries to enemy soldiers
sounds like a bunch of idiots...
so if you packed the ball to near maximum capacitie and put some bags above it allowing zome air to remain to allow combustion but still packing it tight and even it would work better and have even further range with the same effort as a regular football
which is why the standard American military handgrenade is shaped like a baseball. im a combat veteran and a former Engineer Drill Sergeant...
