So many mistakes made. People comment on how nice it looks. They are right, it does look nice, but they know nothing about how cement works. The #1 rule in finishing concrete flatwork is that you NEVER have a joint angle less than 90°. The angles they created with the joints look nice, but are almost guaranteed to crack between two joints in the future. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I spent decades finishing concrete flatwork so I have seen this problem dozens of times in the concrete we replaced because of this type of cracking.

Looks good. It’ll crack on those triangles. But it’s jointed so you could saw em out pretty easy IF THEY WARRANTY. Which I doubt. So you got about 6 months / or a fedex truck turns around Which ever comes first.

Pretty, but doesn't appear joints are deep enough to control cracking unless he has (or will be) running a trowel to minimum 1" or ¼ depth.
