The Affordable Care Act got millions health insurance where they couldn't before and these KIT KAT members clanning it up in the comments. A black man lead the way where others only talked about it, what other countries literally do it daily ( and laugh that America can't). And you the Enriched Flour MAGA are blaming a man, not the insurance companies owned and chaired by other enriched flour people, when these insurance companies have been doing this since before Pres Obama was born. It's called Capitalism. And the nation of laws has this thing called a Congress. It's in this Congress that the House sends bills to the floor and the Senate makes them laws for the President to sign. This Congress full of those enriched flour people all wearing those red hats have refused to introduce bills to curb that Capitalism greed that allows things like this to happen. I've worked at a Dr's office, just as receptionist, but also received ins. cks and posted them. I remember calling insurance companies asking why they weren't paying things but I have also called the Better Business Bureau about a claim they were denying, they were trying to bundle services. They ended up covering it. I'd ask my Dr to call or write a letter and call BBB. Good luck. We pay for insurance even when we don't use it, they should be paying when we do.

You are obviously on an "Advantage plan" and their whole business model is denial of claims. Last year "advantage plabs denied more than 30% of all claims. True Medicare (A,B,D,G,N etc) do not. Every carrier has to offer identical benefits.

I have been dealing with Medical Billing and Medical Precerts for over 30 years and these Insurance Companies blame the high cost of Medicine on tge Doctors and Hospitals when it is the Insurance Companies that set the prices and policies. I agree that insurance companies should not have that right. Mine refused a test that is covered for my husband. They played the odds and kept saying the doctors needed to do cheaper test first. Well, it took two extra months and a worthless test before he got the one he needed. The results came back too late, and he died because the proper treatment was delivered to late.
Call your state insurance commissioner and follow the complaint there. And file civil lawsuits against your insurance company.
