We had a delivery person die of a heart attack in our cooler. The store remained open as they brought his body out of the cooler because they couldn't get a stretcher inside of the cooler. He's literally lying dead in front of the beer cooler while customers continue to shop. That's before I started working there, but some of my employees recall that they kept thinking, why won't they just shut the doors until they could get him out of there?
Same thing happened to my Uncle Albert. He went to the bathroom and no one found him for 2 hours. Same thing. Work goes on.馃槫馃槫馃槫

thats the truth . I worked for a company and a man was having a heart attack and instead of safety helping him all they could say is because of company policy they couldn't do anything but try to keep him calm well let's say they kept him calm because he passed away and then when they say he was no longer breathing the HR team said can we just move the body off to the side so we can continue to work . So companys don't care about you . your just a name on their payroll and they will have you replaced with in a week

I pretty much have to work to survive a quality of life that doesn't include a cardboard box or a bridge. Yes I could self sustain in a cabin in the woods and will if forced too. I do however realize the company I work for is a for profit company. Whether they give a shit about me or not I understand and accept they can't shut down if I cease to be alive. But guess what? I could care less. I'll be gone! And life goes on for others!
