BUT… I’ve always been told when signing important documents in ink to use blue and not black. Blue doesn’t copy on a copier the same as a black pen, so it’s easier to tell if a signature in blue ink is authentic or a copy since the blue won’t show up on a copied page with the exact same blue as the original pen. Black, however, is pretty much always going to look the same. At least that’s what I was told the last time I needed to worry about signing anything important. That was about 5-6 years ago so IDK if it’s still the same since technology is constantly getting better.
