Just went to an Indian restaurant in California today. They had mirrors on all the walls. I ordered my food and watched the woman walk into the kitchen where the cook was washing dishes. He immediately grabbed beef with his dirty hands and brought it out to cook in front on me. He then used his disgusting hands to touch all my food! The problem is we allow people in the country and expect them to assimilate. But we have no programs that work with them to assimilate. #1 we are not all the same, respect differences, respect women, bathroom etiquette (huge), personal hygiene (huge), school etc. instead they stay within their culture of people and continue life back home. In MN they had never experienced snow so kids were still wearing sandals in freezing temps getting frostbite. They come and make demands to try and make us adjust to their countries beliefs values. Ie:wanting the entire school lunch program to be changed, certain foods not being served. Grocery stores having managers near them so they don’t have to scan pork chops. It’s fully packaged they aren’t touching the pork, but they take it to the next level. The list goes on and on but yet they are taught how to not pay for medical services,how to get state disability, state social services, unemployment etc.the men are always clustered together.
