Do you turn the boiling water off when you put the lid on?

When water starts to boil, put rice in and stir with fork. Turn heat down and replace lid, cook for 20 minutes. Perfect rice…

It's a great idea when making fried rice, avoiding overcook or burning the rice👍

I've cooked rice for years. Don't steam it like that. It's not rocket science.
