Yes it has cuz the government stop making pennies.
I believe it cost us around like two dollars or three dollars to make one fucking penny which is pretty funny but people will bitch and complain about it because they feel like they’re being skimmed out two or three cents
yes it just happened to me two days ago I was supposed to get three pennies back I told him family Dollar on Dollar general they making millions I don't make that I need my three pennies if not give me a nickel they can take the loss for not having pennies
that's where the problem gonna be !! who's eating that off cent or pricing everything based on the nickel !! no one wants to lose money.....not the store or the consumer !!!
