I know it’s just a couple pennies but if the store is shorting every customer, it’s eventually gonna add up over time. Especially if it’s spread out among multiple stores. Why they think the customer should be the one to get short changed instead of the company taking that hit is beyond me

yes it just happened to me two days ago I was supposed to get three pennies back I told him family Dollar on Dollar general they making millions I don't make that I need my three pennies if not give me a nickel they can take the loss for not having pennies

I believe it cost us around like two dollars or three dollars to make one fucking penny which is pretty funny but people will bitch and complain about it because they feel like they’re being skimmed out two or three cents
